Can I just use a normal power point?
You can, but it's slow and a standard outlet isn't designed to run near full load for hours every night. A dedicated wall charger is faster and built for the job.
Can my switchboard handle an EV charger?
Many can, but older boards often need work first. We check your switchboard and supply before quoting, so you know exactly what's needed.
Do you supply the charger?
Most customers buy the charger that suits their car and we install it. If you're not sure what to buy, ask us and we'll point you in the right direction.
How long does an install take?
A straightforward home install is usually done in a few hours. It takes longer if the charger is a long way from the switchboard or the board needs upgrading.
